# 183 - *Soft Spoken* Paradise Island Essential Oils Massage Relaxation Video Clips. Duration : 40.03 Mins.
Hey guys :) As promised, I give you the newest Paradise Island video, which will be a combo some of the most relaxing activities in the resort ;) This relaxation will be in a role play style where I will be guiding you directly. First, I will be offering you a selection of smoothies, describing to you each and what they include. To skip to the crinkly bags 2:50 After that I will introduce you a selection of very relaxing essential oils, telling you about their origins, how they smell and their benefits. To skip to aromatherapy go to 11:32 Finally, I will be giving you a very relaxing back massage, letting you unwind and mellow out, hopefully fall asleep while listening to the ocean waves. To skip to the drink and massage go to 24:00 I have used various sound effects like ocean waves, water and drink sounds, crinkly bags etc to make this experience feel as real and relaxing as possible. I will be uploading both sound files (with and without background sounds) so you can listen to whichever you prefer.
